More Funny

So, yes, another post without a picture. Not really a fan of these but I thought this was cute:

I finished making dinner and put it on the table (It was chicken, rice, and vegetables). The kids sat down and Colton started eating. Ashley sat down and said, "I didn't order this. I want salmon."

Guess I'm now a mom, a cleaning lady, a sonographer, a chauffer, and a short-order cook.

WORDS

This next post is censored. A bad word will be bleeped... be aware. Two funny things from my two funny little people:

#1: I was cooking mac n cheese today for lunch, and the pot boiled over all over the stove (happens frequently to me- not a patient person to let it heat up at medium and then I get busy!). I, unfortunately, yelled out, "Sh--!". Ashley comes running into the kitchen and yells, "Mom, I didn't sh--!". I laughed so hard I fell over. I had to then explain that this was a naughty word never to be repeated... but funny all the same.

#2: Colton, "Mom, why did you break the mirror on the car?"
"It was an accident, buddy. I didn't mean to... but Daddy fixed it so we don't have to worry about it anymore."
Colton: " Well, we better tell daddy to get a new one. You almost hit it again."

Our Ballerina

Ashley has just started ballet! She absolutely loves it. She does such a great job of listening to the ballet teacher and she really tries to follow all of the dance moves. It is so cute, I almost cried watching her. I can't believe how old my baby girl is! These pictures were taken at home just before we left. The pictures in the studio were too dark!

Colton was a little sad that Ashley it in ballet and he doesn't have anything that he does by himself. So, we are thinking maybe basketball. But he changes his mind practically every day so we'll have to see!
