Snuggle
We recently finished up a round of colds, so the kids were laying low for about a week. Daddy took care of them one morning, and snuggled them up on their couch to watch their favorite Sesame Street DVD. They snuggled for the whole 40 minute DVD! Life is definitely GOOD.
They even held hands! Who else can help make you feel better than your BFF?

Happy Easter!!!
We had a wonderful Easter! We were so lucky to have all of our family to share it with. We hope everyone had as wonderful of a holiday as we did. Here's how we spent it:
We started with an Easter Egg Hunt in our neighborhood. We looked for eggs with our good friends Rachel and Marin.
Colton is off to the races. He couldn't quite keep up with the big boys, but he sure enjoyed running after them.

Easter Bunny
So, today we went to see the Easter Bunny. When we arrived at the mall, there was a HUGE line, and we were informed that the Easter Bunny would soon be taking a lunch break. Great. So, here is our adventure.
First, we arrived at the mall. All dressed and ready to go!!
We chatted with some friends to pass the time.

Thank you VERY MUCH to Grandma Sandy and Grandpa Darrell for all of their help!!!
First, we arrived at the mall. All dressed and ready to go!!
Then, we got a little restless. So we climbed the big stairs.
Then, we went to JC Penney to try on some hats. We weren't exactly impressed with the selection. Colton was too busy to catch for a pic after this point.
Then we stopped to discuss the purses. Colton threw his on the ground.
We took a lunch break ourselves, and finally, we saw the Easter Bunny. Not so happy at this point, but we were both looking so that was good enough for us! Colton LOVED the Easter Bunny, although he called it a dog. Ashley mostly just wanted her skittles and to get out of there.
Thank you VERY MUCH to Grandma Sandy and Grandpa Darrell for all of their help!!!

Still Hiding/Radio Flyer
Colton and Ashley got a new wagon for Easter from Grandma Kathy. It attracts quite a lot of attention when we go out, as if we don't get enough with the twins (and the fact that Colton yells "gog" (dog) at the top of his lungs whenever we're outside). But, they love it. Especially the attached cooler with snacks and cup holders for drinks. Spoiled, I know. What ever happened to the simple metal wagon?
And, Colton is still hiding from me. He thinks it's hilarious. He was hiding is the laundry room closet- I was pretty sure he'd been abducted from our home in 30 seconds.
